Wine Club Membership Policies

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Your credit card will be charged in advance for each quarterly wine club shipment/pickup.   

 

CANCELLATION AND MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP

Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice to wine@tannervineyards.com or (209) 728-8229. Minimum membership is for 4 shipments (one year). 

 

COMMUNICATION

Tanner Vineyards communicates to its wine club members primarily via email, therefore it is necessary for you to monitor and assure that you are receiving emails regarding wine club shipments and important updates. 

 

CONTACT INFORMATION

You must notify Tanner Vineyards of changes to your address, telephone number, email, and credit card information.  

 

SHIPPING

Addresses within California: we ship via Golden State Overnight (GSO). The shipping charge will appear on the receipt inside your package. Addresses outside California: shipments are handled by Amador Wine Shipping (AWS), a compliance shipping service that sends packages via UPS. AWS (not Tanner Vineyards) will charge your credit card for shipping.

All addresses: A tracking number is emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you are unable to receive the package, please contact the shipper (GSO or UPS) directly to schedule delivery for a particular day or to arrange for pickup at their facility. You are responsible for all charges incurred as a result of (1) a shipment being returned to Tanner Vineyards, or (2) an address change to a shipment in transit.

 

Please note: an adult over the age of 21 must sign for your shipment, so feel free to provide a business address for your shipment if that is more convenient.

 

PICK-UPS

If you fail to pick up your wine within 60 days of the wine club date, your wine will be shipped to you at the shipping address on file and a shipping charge will be applied. If we are unable to ship your wine to you, we will return it to our inventory and refund your credit card on file, less a restocking fee and any charges we incurred attempting to send you the package; your membership will be canceled.

  

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

After 60 days of holding a returned shipment, we will return it to our inventory and refund your credit card on file, less a restocking fee and any charges we incurred attempting to send you the package; your membership will be canceled.
